Purpose
Honoring our great Mothers of the church to promote post secondary education in our youth and young adult because we see the need.
Vision
To increase the awareness of our youth in terms of scholarships, that money is available to them for their education and to equip them with the necessary resources and skills they need to prosper in life to accomplish their dreams and goals.
Motto
We do not want money to be an issue for our youth not to attend college. NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND AT GFT!!!!!!!
Accomplishments
1st Annual College/Technical Prep Session Saturday October 20, 2007 at IS Center 905 E. Shelby Drive, Memphis, TN from 10-12p.m. (Campus B)
2nd Annual College/Technical Prep Session Saturday March 15, 2008 at 4665 Auburn Road, Memphis, TN from 10-12p.m. (Campus A)
GFT Lifeline: sent 8 college students care packages to GFT college students Nov/Dec 08 with snacks, goodies, prayer cloth, and pastor CD
We recognized 15 graduating senior in the class of 2008 with a certificate and scholarship money totaling $425.00 scholarship money
Waived a student sitting fee for the senior head photo session
